based on a true story

i have a girl friend,
who's in a relationship with her boyfriend for more than a year now.

unfortunately,
this boyfriend of hers,
is a monkey.

before i carry on,

let me clarify the term 'monkey'.

'monkey',

is used to described male individuals,

that often brainwash their girlfriend's mind,

until he is totally possessive over the girl,

in which the close ones of the girl,

cannot do anything to get the girl's mind clear again.

i do not wish to say anything much about them.

it's just that,
i don't really see a happy future that the guy will bring for my friend.

she tells me that she does think that they'll stay together for a long time.
i am actually glad to hear this.
those times that they'll have together. sweet.

but, the ideal moments will eventually come to an end.
dreams crashed, hopes down.
it's true that after high school,
there will be a lot more of challenges that they need to overcome.
for example,
money!
it's not that i'm being sarcastic.
however, the guy, is creative, and yet full of ideas.

then, i bet you'll ask me what's the problem?
DREAMS WITH NO ACTION!
all are just crappy talk and empty promises.
i dare to say:
a man, is not yet a man without his words.

is he really that simple minded?
doesn't he worry whether the sky's gonna fall?
everytime he says that he wanted to work hard for her.
get his grades up, meet her during recesses, etc.
but in the end? 3 minutes, and there goes the "determination-button" to off mode.

i'm worried sick bout her future.
'cause i know the possibility they'll end up getting married is 70%-80%?
haih. frankly,
she is too, worried bout their future.
but what can she do leh?
the guy is more stubborn than diamond!!!!!!
when she wanna discuss about the issues,
he will just stop her and start to "lecture" her with all his GREAT MALE-PRIDE-LOUSY-EXCUSES!

in the end,
i chose what i think was best,
not to interfere with their relationship.
after all, all i wanted was
just to make sure my girl friend's gonna be ok.
and that's what sisters to for sisters.

although it might not cross your mind that
how the grades and attitude you have now will leave a big impact in the future,
(and also to your loved ones),

PLEASE-FOR-GOD'S-SAKE, BE AWAKEN BY NOW AND GET YOUR ASS MOVING TO GET A BETTER QUALITY LIFE!
